pergency can't eat
• Eggs - you only need to avoid raw or undercooked eggs.
• All salad dressings that you buy in supermarkets, such as mayonnaise, will have been made using pasteurised egg and are therefore quite safe. Cook eggs until the yolk and white are not runny any more. Be careful about eating "home-made" products such as chocolate mousse and fresh mayonnaise in delis which may contain raw egg.
• Other dairy products - unpasteurised milk and dairy products made with unpasteurised milk are best avoided as they are more likely to carry bacteria that could give you food poisoning.
• Paté - all paté should be avoided, whether made from meat, fish or vegetables.
• Meat and meat products - it's fine to eat meat, but make sure it is cooked thoroughly and there are no pink or red bits and that the juices run clear, especially if it's cooked on a barbecue, or as part of a ready meal. Cured meat products, such as Parma ham and salami, also carry a risk and are best avoided.
• Oily fish - is good for you and your baby but it can contain environmental pollutants. Have no more than two portions of oily fish a week such as mackerel, sardines and trout so you get all the benefits of omega-3 fatty acids, but also cut the risk from the pollutants. Limit tuna to no more than two tuna steaks a week or four medium-size cans of tuna a week. Avoid shark, swordfish and marlin altogether because of the high levels of mercury in these fish, which could harm your baby's developing nervous system.
• Finally, when you're handling or preparing food, make sure you follow strict food hygiene guidelines - such as washing your hands, keeping utensils and surfaces clean, using separate utensils for raw meat from those being used for ready-to-eat food, and following cooking and storage instructions carefully.
Is this good for you healthy
But Soft cheese includes cottage cheese, cream cheese, ricotta, brie, bleu, roquefort, mozzarella, meunster and similar cheeses. These cheeses generally pair well with fruit or meats, or can be used as breakfast cheeses in an omelette or as pasta fillings. They are usually mildly flavored and very high in moisture.
sugar
Brown sugar has a slightly lower caloric value by weight than white sugar due to the presence of water. 100g of brown sugar contains 373 calories, as opposed to 396 calories in white sugar. However, brown sugar packs more densely than white sugar due to the smaller crystal size and may have more calories when measured by volume. One tablespoon of brown sugar has 48 calories against 45 calories for white sugar. The real differences between the two are taste and the effects on baked goods. Brown sugar is only marginally different from white sugar – and they are both sweet nothings. The idea that brown and white sugars have big differences is a common nutrition myth. Sugar can be thought of as ‘empty calories’ as it does not provide any vitamins or minerals – only calories, which is why it is bad news for those of us watching our weight. At the end of the day, sugar is sugar, be it brown or white, and it is all going to end up contributing to an increase in weight if not ‘burnt’ off through exercise. Let us make conscious efforts to reduce our intake of all sugars whether brown or white.
vitamin
Fruits and vegetables are important parts of our diet because they contain a wide range of vitamins. The amount of each vitamin that we need each day is not large compared to other nutrients in the diet, but they are very important. Any long term deficiency in our vitamin intake can lead to alterations in our metabolism, affects growth, reproductive problems and lowered ability to fight disease and infection.
Health officials have long recognized the benefit of fruits and vegetables. This is why most national health agencies recommend large numbers of serving of fruits and vegetables in the diet each day. Therein lies the problem. Most of us don‘t eat as healthy as we are told we should, or as well as we think we do. If we all ate the recommended number of portions of fruits and vegetables each and every day we probably wouldn‘t need supplements. But most of us don‘t. In the United States, about 41% of people surveyed reported eating the recommended number of servings of vegetables per day and only 23% were eating the recommended number of servings of fruit.
Supplements make good sense for those who can‘t fit three nutritious meals into their hectic schedules. Three specific groups who are especially vulnerable are people who have restricted intakes due to disease, lack of appetite (in older people) or those who have increased requirements (during pregnancy, some medical treatments). For many it is cheap insurance. For a few pennies a day a vitamin supplement will ensure that you are getting the vitamins you need. Overdoses are rare; usually any excess vitamins - especially the water soluble vitamins - are excreted in the urine.
As the name implies, these pills are intended to supplement our diet, not replace it. An apple or an orange contains far more than just vitamins. Experiments to show the long term benefits on vitamin consumption are very hard to carry out, and the data is often inconsistent. It may take many studies to get a clear picture of the role vitamins play in health and disease resistance.
What are the functions of vitamin A,B,C and E ?Vitamin A Vitamin A's function is the growth and repair of body tissue and keeping the body's skin and mucous membranes healthy including the linings of the airways and the digestive tract. It is also necessary for strong bones, good eye sight (in particular at night) and healthy blood. Vitamin B Vitamin B is the global name given to a number of related chemicals (see below). All the B vitamins are water soluble.
Vitamin C is essential for the formation of connective tissue in the body, which holds together skin, bone, tendons and ligaments. It also aids healing and prevents haemorrhaging.
Vitamin D promotes the absorption of calcium for the repair and growth of bone. The calcium is largely obtained from milk. A lack of vitamin D causes rickets, where the leg bones cannot support the body's weight giving rise to a bow-legged appearance.
processed food
Processed foods have been altered from their natural state for safety reasons and for convenience. The methods used for processing foods include canning, freezing, refrigeration, dehydration and aseptic processing.
what are the danger if consuming too much of processed foods ?
We tend to think of processed foods as bad, but it turns out that many processed foods are not unhealthy. For example, milk would be considered a processed food because it is pasteurized to kill bacteria and homogenized to keep fats from separating. While some people prefer to drink raw milk, most of us should consume the "processed" version we find in our grocery stores. Another healthy example of food processing is frozen vegetables. While fresh may be best, freezing vegetables preserves vitamins and minerals and makes them convenient to cook and eat all year around. Fruit and vegetable juice is also an example of a healthy processed food. In fact, some orange juice is fortified with calcium to make it even more nutritious. Of course, there are a lot of processed foods that aren't good for you. Many processed foods are made with trans fats, saturated fats, and large amounts of sodium and sugar. These types of foods should be avoided, or at least eaten sparingly.
food food food
First i want to example which food is junk food ,lollies, soft drink, potato chips, hot chips, ice cream, and hamburgers ,hot dogs and other kinds of take away food are called junk food.
Seconds , i want to explain what's wrong with junk food ?
There is a significant point is junk foods such as hamburgers, pizza, fried chicken and chips usually contain loads of saturated fats. Too much saturated fat in the diet will cause people to put on weight and get fat or obese (very fat). Being overweight is a risk to the health of the heart and can cause other diseases.
The other important point thing is junk foods often have too much salt. There's a lot of salt already in foods such as bread, breakfast cereals and biscuits and cakes. So people are getting more salt than they need when they eat junk food. Too much salt is unhealthy for the heart.
There are also have bed thing is have so many salt in junk food .Soft drinks, cordials, biscuits, cakes and lollies all have loads of sugar. That's what makes them taste so good! But too much sugar makes people fat, rots the teeth, is bad for the blood and may cause other diseases.
So i want to say it better don't to eat so much junk food , that is more good for you physical.

love your mother
There is no substitute for her . cherish every moment .Though at times she may not be the best of friends, she may not agree to our thoughts , she is still you mother.
Your mother will be there for you ; to listen to your woes ,your frustrations .etc. ask yourself "have you put aside enough time for her ,to listen to her 'blues' of working in the kitchen ,her tiredness?"
Do not take for granted the things closet to your heart .love her more than you love yourself .life is meaningless without her.
